* One-piece shaft design ensures better concentricity of gears, reduces eccentric rotation of gears due to assembly, and ensures more uniform transmission of filaments by gears
*CNC hollow stainless steel gears, reduction gear design, high transmission ratio, greater extrusion torque, and more wear-resistant
* The driven gear uses double ball bearings instead of the original needle bearings, with smaller gaps and higher precision
*High-strength mold steel is selected as the material for the feeding gear, and nano-coating is used for surface treatment. The overall Rockwell hardness HRC value of the gear reaches 62-65; the surface hardness HV value reaches 1000-1200, which greatly ensures the strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the gear.
*The meshing is straight teeth.
*Lightweight design, hollowing out the excess material of the gear while ensuring the strength of the gear itself, reducing the weight of the gear.

*Not suitable for BMG extruder
*There are some products on the market that can be equipped with Sherpa gears. Because of the size and tolerance gap, you can align the filament inlet by squeezing the large black gear to move the position or adding a gasket to the shaft
